Meet Colleen

Colleen is a proud Irish Canadian who has recently returned to the Golden Horseshoe area after a 10+ year stay in Louisville Kentucky. Colleen is an award-winning designer and interior design consultant with expertise in residential and commercial design has been living her passion for design for more than 30 years.As the lead designer for Marz Homes, Colleen was presented with best in class design for her stunning vision of contemporary living. No matter what the project, Colleen ensures that the customer’s needs and wishes are truly reflected in the finished work. Customers can expect an exceptional communicator who works to take away any stress whether the project is colour selection or a complete renovation.

During her stay in Louisville, Colleen ventured into the world of commercial property design and completed a dozen projects with community partners. Various medical clinics were remodeled to fit patient and health care professional needs. The work went beyond aesthetics as ergonomic, privacy and calming effects were implemented. Community events and galas benefited from Colleen’s role in showcasing charity balls, negotiating with vendors and overseeing a design team that befits the stage of well-known American charities.
