High Rise Condo - Major Renovation

My latest project is a high-rise condo that presented numerous challenges. Several contractors declined to take on high-rise projects due to logistical issues, condo board regulations, and restricted unit access.

The accompanying photos showcase the remarkable transformation achieved. By removing the half-wall in the kitchen and installing hardwood floors purchased from Miran, we created an open space that was enhanced by new kitchen cabinets provided by Unique Kitchens of Burlington. We opted for shaker style doors in a beautiful Chantilly lace color, which is Benjamin Moore’s whitest shade of white. The hardware, was sourced by CoCo Interior Designs and purchased at a discounted price from Facebook Marketplace, resulting in a savings of $500.00.

To complete the kitchen, we utilized quartz from Jason’s Quartz Company. I carefully selected the quartz along with a complementary backsplash that adds warmth and cohesion to the overall design.

I would like to express my gratitude to my contractor, JT Construction, for their professionalism and expertise. Coco Interior Design effectively managed the contractor and various tradespeople to ensure efficient completion of the project with minimal disruption to homeowners. Effective communication has been one of my greatest strengths throughout this project.
